Steven England

Steve England was born in Montana but, as a child, moved to Colorado. Steve has handled civil matters in Colorado and Arizona for over two decades and successfully tried cases in courts across both states. He is part of The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm’s litigation team and focuses his practice on areas including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and trucking law.

Prior to joining The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm, he worked as an insurance defense attorney in the fields of personal injury, product liability, and premises liability. Mr. England is highly experienced in insurance law and previously worked as an in-house senior trial attorney for a large insurance company. Here he learned firsthand the strategies that companies use to deny and defend claims made against them and their insured. During the course of his career, he has handled over 800 cases on behalf of insurance companies. His insurance industry knowledge and trial attorney expertise are invaluable when representing his injured clients at The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm. He works tirelessly for his clients, no matter how big or small the case.

Mr. England obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado, then attended the University of Denver School of Law, where he received his J.D. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the activities that Colorado has to offer.
