Paul Immigrated to the United States from England in 1988 to serve in the United States Air Force. Upon being honorably discharged after serving Air Force One and the 89th Airlift Wing at Andrews Air Force Base, Paul knew he wanted to use his G. I. Bill to attend college and eventually become an attorney.

Paul Received his B. A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992. Upon receiving a scholarship, Paul attended and received his J. D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1996. Driven by his desire to represent the injured, Paul made the decision to work as an insurance adjuster for three years so he could learn the ins and out of the industry from the inside.

For the past twelve years, Paul has used the knowledge he gained and has successfully represented thousands of clients and recovered tens of millions of dollars in injury settlements and verdicts. Paul has taken on big corporations, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies on behalf of his clients.

Paul is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Texas. He lives in Denver with his wife Heather and his Boston Terrier Roxy. All three are avid campers and hikers and enjoy all the wonder that Colorado has to offer.

Rebecca Albano

Rebecca Albano received her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin and was conferred her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver College of Law.



Ms. Albano began her career by specializing in class action cases against toxic polluters. Upon admission to the Colorado Bar, Ms. Albano started her career primarily focusing on civil litigation. She has specialized in assisting injured tort victims since 2006.

Ms. Albano has extensive experience managing, settling, and litigating hundreds of cases for injured tort victims. Ms. Albano has successfully tried wrongful death cases as well as injury cases across Colorado.

In September 2010, Rebecca Albano tried a hit and run case to a Denver jury, wherein the Defendant alleged that her vehicle had been stolen and then used without her permission, injuring the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff in that case suffered head injuries, property damage and other expenses that the insurance company for the Defendant refused to pay. Ms. Albano, working closely with the investigating police department conducted extensive discovery to obtain evidence that the Defendant was not being truthful about the facts surrounding the incident. Ms. Albano was successful in obtaining a verdict against the Defendant that was nine (9) times the offer from the Defendant's insurance carrier before trial.

Ms. Albano has a reputation for high quality representation, she prides herself on her energy and attention to detail. Ms. Albano's goal is to assist those that have been injured or wronged by others.Ms. Albano is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Bar Association.
